Millennium PointGetting there and back:

  • Millennium Point is easy to get to by road, rail or on foot. It's just 10 minutes walk from Moor Street Station, and about 15 minutes walk from New Street Station and the central shopping areas.
  • Millennium Point has its own car park with free stay for 15 minutes.
  • Sessions run right up until 1.00pm or 5.00pm so arrange to meet lifts at 10 past so that you can take advantage of the free parking time
  • If you would like to be part of a car pool (where members who live in the same areas share lifts) please announce it at the intro session (or ask a tutor) so we can put you in touch with each other.
  • Please arrive at 9.30am or 1.30pm to buy tickets, book for the following term or chat to a tutor so we can start promptly at 9.55am or 1.55pm

During the day:

  • No one is allowed to wear shoes or eat and drink in the studios.
  • At break times you can either eat in Millennium Point's cafes/restaurants (where Stage2 members have a large discount!) or in the BSA building out side the studios.
  • There are water fountains to use during our shorter breaks
  • Tutors will put people in groups for breaks. Please ensure you stay together.
  • No one will be permitted to go around Millennium Point on their own.

What to bring/wear:

  • A pen and paper to all sessions
  • A file to keep all notes, handouts and additional information together
  • A packed lunch or money to buy lunch if you are staying all day
  • Socks if you do not like being in bare feet in the studios
  • Comfy, practical, loose clothes.
  • A smile and a positive attitude!

Any queries, however small, please ask.

However many times I see this ever changing young company, I am amazed by the wealth of talent that Director Liz Light contrives to fashion.
