Would-be mentors follow the application process ? fill out a form, have an interview etc.

Trainee tutors are usually approached by Core Staff who have noted their enthusiasm and commitment.

Any member of the company can fill out a participation form stating what they may be interested in over the next three years, to ensure core staff note this and keep a look out for suitable opportunities. Full appraisals are done on these forms every year so members can see how they are progressing.
