There is always a General Drama option where new members can learn the basics of performance or older members can refresh/revise their knowledge.

We also do workshops focussing on specific skills and again these can be suggested by members themselves.

We also have a list of the most popular workshops ? technical training, accents, musical theatre etc and try to make sure these are rotated and repeated as appropriate.

We are always adapting to suggestions from parents and teachers as well as members, for example we are ran a workshop on Exam Hints and Tips in a summer term so members could have a break from their set revision whilst still learning useful skills.

A workshop may purposely contrast or run alongside the show. Eg the Puppetry Workshop produced the puppets that were used in Much Ado, and we have pre-text workshops before we begin to rehearse Shakespeares.

Trainee Tutors are encouraged to suggest workshops they would like to run, and these are fitted into the year wherever possible. Members can also suggest workshops that they would like to particiapte in.
