| At Stage2 we pride ourselves on
catering for all our members’ unique abilities, strengths and
eccentricities: we felt having a company handbook would help members,
parents, teachers, social workers, etc to really understand us and use
Stage2 to its maximum potential. I have been involved with Stage2 continuously since 1996 (a considerable part of its rich and changing history!) and do hope to be involved for many years to come… I started Stage2 as a member at the age of 9 (the youngest you could be at that time) and have since built up a huge range of skills as well as acquiring a massive insight to how the company works. I am now Stage2’s Company Manager, helping develop and shape every aspect of the company. We offer a completely open access policy at Stage2 – not only to all opportunities but also for all information (the only aspects we keep confidential are things specific to our individual members.) If there is anything that is not detailed in this handbook or anything that you would like to know more about, please ask! We want you to fully understand all areas of Stage2 so that you can get involved in the ones that suit you best and feel completely confident in recommending us to all your friends, families and colleagues.
